How to have Successful New Years Resolutions

1. Strike the word “more” from resolutions — goals should be quantifiable.
2. Pick something that sounds exiting — life is already full of drudgery.
3. Build leeway into your goal. (The 80/20 rule)
4. After crafting your list, remove a few so your efforts can be concentrated.
5. Add quarterly resolution reminders to your calendar.
6. Start now instead of waiting until the New Year.
7. Think Big – make your resolutions worth going for.
